great performance, great price

DeWalt's replacement batteries are so expensive, you're better off buying a new drill. I considered that, then decided to give these replacement batteries a chance at less than half the DeWalt price. True, they have a little less capacity, 2000mah as opposed to 2400mah, but they work great, and are the cost effective solution if you have a drill that's in good shape with dead batteries.

Received NiMH, not NiCd

The information says this is supposed to be a NiCd battery. What I got was the NiMH version. Yes, it is an upgrade, but it also requires a different charger. I have an older charger that is NiCd only, and that can damage an NiMH. That means another $40+ to buy a new universal charger.
